At OneBitShift Logics Private Limited, we strive to provide exceptional service through our FlashHiring platform. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our services.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Free Trial Period
If you are within your free trial period, you may cancel your account at any time without charge. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will be immediately terminated, but you may continue to use basic features if available.
2.2 Paid Subscriptions
For paid subscription services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
3. One-Time Purchases
3.1 Service Credits
For one-time purchases such as service credits or interview packages:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused credits
- No refunds will be provided once credits have been consumed
3.2 Premium Features
For one-time purchases of premium features or add-ons:
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing use of the feature may qualify for full refund

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system. For eligible cases, approved refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of approval.
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
